CASA Jóvenes
We are a network of young Latin Americans who want to actively participate in the global movement of planetary regeneration. We are the NextGEN branch in Latin America and our mission is to spread the reconnection with nature in all of the areas in which we participate as the next generation of leaders. Each of us is a seed with the common goal of making this world a better place.
Somos una red de jóvenes latinoamericanos que queremos participar activamente en el movimiento global de regeneración planetaria. Somos parte de NextGEN en Latinoamerica y nuestra misión es difundir la reconexión con la naturaleza en todas las áreas en las que participamos como la próxima generación de líderes. Cada uno de nosotros es una semilla con el objetivo común de hacer de este mundo un lugar mejor.
About
We are a network made by and that works for young Latin Americans. We feel the call to inhabit the Earth coherently, and in order to do this we promote and support sustainable and regenerative projects. With our minds and hearts open, we are Guardians of Mother Earth at the service of all beings.
Our service includes holding events and trainings, supporting youth regenerative and sustainable initiatives, collaborating and articulating with networks and organizations, producing inspiring material for young people based on holistic permacultural movements, making alliances with initiatives that promote positive change for humanity and the Earth, and helping young people in their eco-social endeavors by giving them seed capital, advising them in trainings and including them in the global regenerative movement.
Through trainings, workshops, camps and our connection to a wide network of ecovillages and sustainable communities in Latin America, we help sensitive young people to find purpose in their lives by discovering real alternatives so that they live in harmony with the Earth.
Somos una red hecha por y que trabaja para los jóvenes latinoamericanos. Sentimos el llamado para habitar la Tierra coherentemente, y para eso promovemos y apoyamos proyectos sostenibles y regenerativos. Con nuestras mentes y corazones abiertos somos Guardianes de la Madre Tierra al servicio del gran tejido planetario.
Realizamos eventos y capacitaciones, apoyamos iniciativas, colaboramos y articulamos con redes y organizaciones, producimos material inspirador para jóvenes desde movimientos holístico permaculturales y hacemos alianzas con movimientos que están incentivando un cambio positivo para nuestra humanidad.
Ayudamos a jóvenes sensibles a dar propósito en sus vidas descubriendo alternativas reales para que vivan en armonía con la tierra mediante entrenamientos, talleres, campamentos y una red amplia de ecoaldeas y comunidades sustentables en Latinoamérica.
Ayudamos a jóvenes en sus emprendimientos eco-sociales dándoles capitales semilla, asesorandolos en formación y conectando con el movimiento global de la regeneración planetaria.
Activities and Projects
- ESPEJO – Youth Social Gathering of Permaculture: a gathering that occurs both online and in-person, where we focus on the presentation of each of the permaculture petals with expert guests. With ESPEJO, we manage to bring together young people who are interested in permaculture and have many questions, ideas and desire to get to know each other in order to expand their own network.
ESPEJO – Encuentro Social de Permacultura Jóven: son encuentros tanto presenciales como virtuales, donde nos enfocamos en la presentación de cada uno de los pétalos de la permacultura, haciendo introducción con invitados expertos. Aquí logramos juntar jóvenes interesados en emprendimientos permaculturales y que tienen muchas preguntas, ideas y ganas de conocerse entre sí para ampliar su propia red.
- Avatar Training: a 7-day immersion that happens both online and in-person. It delves into each of the chakras and elements of nature, using methodologies of Participatory Leadership and Integral Social Permaculture, for the empowerment of beings who seek, with a young spirit, to find their full potential.
Avatar Training: El Campamento Avatar es una inmersión tanto online cuanto presencial de 7 días, profundizando en cada uno de los chakras y elementos de la naturaleza, bajo metodologías de Liderazgo Participativo y Permacultura Social integral, para el empoderamiento de seres que buscan, con espíritu joven, encontrar su máximo potencial.
A Day in Our Lives: an audiovisual journey into the lives of young people from different parts of Latin America who live in sustainable settlements and ecovillages or are part of sustainable and regenerative projects.
Un Día en Nuestras Vidas: Un viaje audiovisual a la vida de jóvenes de diferentes partes de América Latina que viven en asentamientos sustentables y ecoaldeas o que sean parte de proyectos sustentables.
Youth in territory, guardians of permaculture practices: an educational process that proposes a creative methodology of community strengthening in municipalities, in order to empower youth through the use of artistic, ecological and social tools and technologies. By consolidating alliances with municipalities, we convoke young people who are interested in permaculture as a tool towards social innovation and provide knowledge and opportunities through education.
Jóvenes en territorio, guardianes de prácticas permaculturales: un proceso educativo que propone una metodología creativa de fortalecimiento comunitario en municipalidades, con el fin de robustecer la población jóven mediante el uso de herramientas y tecnologías artísticas, ecológicas y sociales. Al consolidar alianzas con las alcaldías, realizamos una convocatoria para rastrear jóvenes semilla de municipios que estén interesados en la permacultura como herramienta hacia la innovación social, por medio de un proceso educativo proporcionado por CASA Jóvenes.
